Guest guest Posted May 17, 2008 Report Share Posted May 17, 2008 Garlic Parsley Dandelion Greens 4 tbsps. butter 4 tbsps. fresh parsley, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced salt and pepper to taste 1 bunuch dandelion greens, washed & shredded 1 tbsp. pimientos, chopped, for color Melt butter in pan. Add parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Fry gently until garlic softens. Add optional pimientos and cook another few minutes.
