what are members food allergies?????

Last time I had allergy testing done they told me I was allergic to 45 things.

Some food, but most environmental.

 

Food: all citrus including tomatoes, chocolate, etc.

can't remember them all. none are life threatening, I have skin allergies

(exzema)

I eat most of the stuff anyway because some of my favorite fruits are oranges

and grapefruit.

 

some of the environmental are: grass, certain weeds, elm trees, soap, dogs (I

have 1), cats (I have 9), cigarette smoke (I quit last June), dust, etc.

 

I have decided that as they are not life threatening and just an inconvenience

I will still garden and enjoy going outside and camping.

I am lactose intolerant, but this is no longer relevant since I became vegan. I

am also sensitive to peanuts and I really hope it doesn't turn into a

full-fledged allergy. I can eat peanuts and peanut butter in small quantities

only at this point.

I'm probably one of the odd ball, worst cases. Currently I'm allergic

to dairy, beef, chicken, rice, mushrooms, tree nuts, PLUS have an

extreme intolerance of anything corn (corn syrup, etc) - my allergist

has figured out I am intolerant to fructose...
