Little garden happy dance

My DD read in my blog that I was unable to find mustard plants or seeds, so she

looked in an

Agway local to her and apparently bought me some seeds. Now all we have to do is

figure out

when we can see each other and do the delivery. She only lives about half an

hour from me so

this shouldn't be rocket science, but sometimes the schedule dance gets

complicated. Still,

looks like I can have a pet mustard plant. :-)

 

Almost makes up for having to re-seat some lettuces today. It would appear that

some form

of wildlife thinks I was meddling in THEIR garden. Some year I'm going to figure

out how to

put netting over plants in half barrels, and then decide if that effort is

worthwhile.
