Hi everyone, I need a little help please.

I was going through the files trying to find a " perfect " meatless-ball.

I am in charge of the menu for a party in the fall and wanted to start

planning my menu ahead of time.

I need a meat-less ball that will hold up to different sauces, like

sweet and sour or a cream of mushroom.

Of all the recipes posted, is there ONE that you would suggest as the

best over all?

Also any other ideas for foods for a cocktail party for adults would be

greatly appreciated.
