You need to soak them for two days and then sprout. They do take longer to

sprout. I sprouted some last year.

Sprouted Quinoa

Has anyone sprouted Quinoa? I would like to try it but wondering if

anyone has had success in doing so. What about the red Quinoa compared

to the white and Quinoa flour? For what purpose do you use the flour?

Yes, you can sprout quinoa. I have only sprouted the white, but I

can't imagine you can't sprout the red. I use the sprouts and the

flour along with other grain sprouts and flours for bread. There is

nothing to compare with homemade whole grain bread with fresh ground

flour. . .yum!
