Guest guest Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 Italian Black Olive Dip 1 1/4 cups chopped black olives 1 14 1/2 ounce can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes, drained 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese freshly ground black pepper water crackers Mix together all ingredients, except blue cheese, season to taste with pepper.
