Guest guest
Hi all, I'm wondering whether anyone has made home-made veggie burgers that hold together well enough to cook on the grill outside. It's going to be a warm weekend here in Northern California. I've made a couple of different recipes, one with black beans and one with garbanzos, but neither held together well enough to cook on the grill. It's really hard to tell from a given recipe in the folder whether it will hold up. I know I can buy Morningstar Farms or Boca, but I like making my own with seasoning to my taste, and I've enjoyed what I cooked on the skillet. Extra points for something that can be prepared in the VitaMix. (Or maybe that's mutually exclusive with holding together well enough to cook on the grill.) Thanks, Mike
