I just want to have the fresh greens in the yard for picking when I'm hungry. I suppose I am not a greatly accomplished cook. For greens I usually just wash them and snip 'em up on top of a brown rice+legume meal in the rice cooker, or wilt them on the stovetop with some balsamic vinegar, garlic and red pepper.
