Guest guest
I make something like this- I call it " homemade veggie cream cheese " I hand chop red onions, garlic, green and red peppers, sometimes chives, and usually waterchesnuts. Mix into softened cream cheese. I LOVE to roll out cresent rolls so that they make one large rectangle on the cookie sheet. Bake it for about 2-3 minutes less than the directions call for. Then, spread the cream cheese mixture across the top. YUMMY!!! I am ready for lunch. Too bad it is soup Cassie atmakk <atmak wrote: Now you are talking my language about garlic that is, this recipe does sound good. I also love garlic. Cream Cheese Garlic Delight 1 Bulb Chopped Garlic (that's a bulb with several cloves) 1 8 oz brick of cream cheese 1 16oz can of medium black olives (sliced) Put all ingredients in food processor and give it a few pulses to mix well. Use a rubber spatula to scrape it into a container and be sure it's one with a good lid for the refrigerator. Spread this on little baguette slices, crackers or even raw veggies.
