Plum Nuttty Bread

Cream together:

1 cup butter or marg.

2 cups sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

4 eggs

Add:

3 cups flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cream of tartar

1/2 tsp. baking soda

3/4 cup plain yogurt

1 tsp. grated lemon peel

2 cups diced plums (canned work just drain them)

1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)

Fill 6 small or 2 large loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool 15 mins and remove from pans.
