We made a weekend of the event: Friday night- yummy pizza from a local spot with lots of cheese, onions, roasted peppers, and spinach, piece of mother's day cake Sat. morning- belgian waffle with lots of syrup, pineapple, and half an everything bagel with cream cheese (at home I have tofutti better than, but the hotel didn't have it) Sat. lunch- homemade mac-n-cheese with a salad, piece of Mother's day cake Sat. dinner- Cheesecake Factory French Country salad (only healthy thing I think I ate) and a Blue Moon Belgian Ale, then lots of martinis (celebrating a friends bachelorette party) Sun. breakfast- belgian waffle with lots of syrup, piece of chocolate cake, pain killer (for hangover headache) Sun. lunch- veggie panini with pesto and chips Sun. dinner- left over yummy pizza and a salad, piece of mother's day cake Anyone up for a diet?
