Now I eat them all the time. Lentil dish soak lentils for a couple of hours (we use brown) leftover small cubed potatoes, if non leftover cook two Glaze onion (1 diced), leek (1 diced), and garlic cloves (2) stir in lentils add liquid (enough to cover lentils), salt, pepper and whatever spices or herbs you like best add potatoes cook until most of the water is gone Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
