Guest guest Posted May 11, 2008 Report Share Posted May 11, 2008 I doubled this and took to my Mom's for Mothers Day Mark Edamole 3/4 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed 3 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons olive oil (use avocado oil if you have it—I didn’t) 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce 1 garlic clove, halved Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and process until smooth.
