Ironically my veggie eater didn't like them, and my oldest refused to eat them

when dh told him they were made of eggplant (I have asked him to never tell them

until after they've tried it). I did make changes (as I always make changes). I

also added some mozarella cheese, cumin, chili powder, and cracker girl. My dh

wants me to make them in burger patties next time with melted sliced cheese and

grilled onion. I also had to add a lot more bread crumbs. You've made me hungry

for them, so I might just run to the store and get some eggplant for dinner

tonight.
