OFF TOPIC Need recomondations from Pet Owners

I am trying to keep my dog Zippy on a all vegetarian diet.He is a 20

lb Dachshund so he needs small size food.

His performance and energy levels have dramatically improved since I

started him on this diet a few months ago.Also his coat has a nice

sheen and he is softer. He is 90 % vegetarian now.

He does eat non-veg from time to time. What I am looking for is other people in

the group that have

vegetarian dogs and what kind of food do you feed them.

I make all my own dog food now. It is just sometimes I can not do it.

Live in a area where there is not many options on healthy food for

pets or humans.

Allot of his food during the week is vegan since that is what I eat.

We eat the same thing.

So if anyone has been feeding there dogs some dry food and the dog

likes it let me know? Also can food.

Right now I am using some vegetarian dry cat food that he is eating.

Want to try the Newman's brand just not sure yet. Hate to waste money

if he wont eat it.

Petco did refund me for the dog not eating the one bag.that helps.
