Guest guest Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Stir Fry Vegetables 2 tsps. vegetable oil 1 small carrot, sliced thinly 1/4 medium onion, cut in wedges 1/2 cup green beans, sliced diagonally 1/2 stalk celery, sliced diagonally 2 to3 tbsps. water salt and pepper few drops lemon juice Heat oil in heavy skillet on high heat. Add carrots and stir for about one minute. Add onions and beans; stir vegetables constantly for a minute or two. Add celery and water.
