Vegan Rice Pudding

1.25 cups white rice

2.5 cups water

1/4 cup egg replacer

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

0.5 cup rice syrup

0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon corn starch

0.25 cup raisins

1. Get the water boiling and add the rice. While the rice is cooking mix the

other ingredients together. After the rice is cooked stir it into the liquid.

Pour the entire mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.

2. Place the baking dish into a pan filled with 1 water and bake uncovered at

350F for 1 hour. The pudding should have a custard like consistency when done.

Serves 8.
