Guest guest
So what is a fruit and what is a vegetable? cucumbers and melons are closely related botanically, they are both curcubites. Their seed looks the same, the vine looks the same, growth conditions are identical, they even smell similar. I have a hard time believing that just because we consider melons a fruit, and cucumbers a vegetable, these are so different enzymatically or otherwise. Carrots are roots, celery stalks, kale leaves, but tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and many others are fruits. So just because somebody celled them a vegetable they are OK? sorry, but this does not make much sense to me.... , " V.
