Pesto Sourdough Bread

 

1 cup sourdough starter for bread machine

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons pesto

3 cups bread flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

 

Add the ingredients to a 1 1/2 or 2 pound bread machine according to the

manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle and desired color

setting.

Yields one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
