This was fantastic. It is a bit more work than most potato dishes, but is worth

it. The fennell is so very good. It is one of my favorite spices and I don't

get to use enough.

Hu husband liked it a lot, too. I used regular olives rather than kalamata,

but next time will splurge on the expensive ones. There will be a next time.
