Guest guest Posted May 4, 2008 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Thyme Pesto 2 cups loosely packed fresh parsley 3/4 cup loosely packed fresh thyme leaves 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped 5 cloves garlic 3/4 cup olive oil salt and pepper cooking spray Place parsley, thyme, Parmesan, walnuts and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped and well combined. With processor running, add olive oil in a thin stream. Continue processing until pesto is smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 6.
