Hi there gang! New to the group. I could use some ideas for cooking

meals that satisfy both myself & my nonvegetarian hubby! Usually if I

cook he just has to eat vegetarian, but I sure would like to be able to

incorporate both into one meal...what do you think? Thanks a bunch.

I think your meals should be based to fit your needs, and if you want to add a

meat for him, ok. The bad thing is when veggies make the meal for the meat

eaters, and the veggies tend to be second thought - not good for anyone. If you

cover what you need, you'll be sure it is a highly nutritious meal for both of

you.

I think it is pretty easy, sometimes, to incorporate meat for

the meat eaters into a vegetarian meal. My husband and daughter

love grilled ch*cken and that is an easy one to do for me

so they can have what they want too. Thank goodness they love

everything else too. Oh, well, that isn't exactly the case for our

18 year old, end of the 9 children " baby " . She is so easy going that

I am just now finding out about some foods she doesn't like but

just kept quiet about all of these years. I told her that if she doesn't

speak up, I think she likes whatever food it is she doesn't like....silly

girl! But, grilled ch*cken is the easiest way I have of dealing

with that question.
