Guest guest Posted May 2, 2008 Report Share Posted May 2, 2008 I have made quite a few recipes from this cookbook, here are a few: Tibetan Tukpa Soba Noodles, Buckaroon Beans Basic Mushroom Sayte with Garlic red Bell peppers Stuffed with Green Chile, Corn & Hominy Roasted Plums Zwiebel Kuchen (German Onion Tart) Risotto with Green Herbs and Baby Limas She has a very tasty Asian-Marinade I like for my tofu and stir-fry dishes Hope this helps, give some of these a try.
