Guest guest Posted April 30, 2008 Report Share Posted April 30, 2008 Island Soybeans 1 onion 1 bell pepper red or green 1 cup crushed pineapple, not drained 2 16 oz. cans soybeans 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup tomato sauce Sauté one chopped onion and one chopped bell pepper in oil until limp.
