Guest guest Posted April 30, 2008 Report Share Posted April 30, 2008 Chayote Salad 6 chayote, peeled, sliced thin 2 yellow peppers, julienned 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 lemon, juiced 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1 cup peanut or vegetable oil salt to taste ground black pepper to taste Toss together in a bowl.
