Guest guest
>Also I love to keep a snack size zip loc bag of fennel seeds in my purse. They help to settle an upset stomach, make your breath fresher and taste good. I love to eat them after an meal of Indian food. Most Indian Restaurants have a bowl of them, that they either bring to use or have near the check out area of the restaurant for you to spoon into your hand and eat. I never thought of that--even though I knew that the herb, fennel (as in a " fennel-seed tea " ) is good to settle the stomach, ease motion sickness or morning sickness...That is a great idea! Fennel seeds have a pleasant taste; that would appeal to me, especially since it's " natural " . --Laura B., in Illinois Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
