Guest guest Posted April 29, 2008 Report Share Posted April 29, 2008 Ponzu-Marinated Tofu Cutlets 3 tablespoons bottled ponzu 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lime juice 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon honey 1 pound firm tofu, cut lengthwise into 8 slices Preheat the oven to 400. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Combine the ponzu, sesame oil, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey, stirring the mixture until the honey is dissolved. Place the tofu slices in the marinade in a single layer. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes, then turn them over and let marinate another 10 minutes. 4. Place the pan in the oven and cook the tofu in the marinade for 10 minutes on each side. Makes 4 servings. Calories 224, Fat 13 g, Carbs 11 g, Sodium 1219 mg, Fiber 3 g.
