Fresh Basil White Miso Pesto – Vegan, 4 pts, 4g Carbohydrate, 1g Fiber

 

1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted or sunflower seeds

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 Tablespoons Shiro Miso

4 cups fresh basil leaves, loosely packed, chopped

 

 

 

 

 

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and

creamy. Serve with any Pasta.
