Guest guest Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 @@@@@ Greek Relish 1 cup diced fresh roma tomatoes 1/2 cup diced fresh cucumber, (peeled and seeded) 1/4 cup diced fresh red onion 1/4 cup mined or diced kalamata olives 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 2 tablespoons fresh oregano 1 tablespoon fresh chives 1 teaspoon freshly ground course black pepper 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel mixing bowl and toss well. Adjust seasoning if necessary with salt and pepper.
