Guest guest Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 @@@@@ Miso Happy Hummus 1 cup cooked chickpeas 4 tablespoons tahini 2 tablespoons Chick Pea Miso, or other miso to taste 2 cloves garlic minced Juice of one lemon Olive oil, (optional) Fresh parsley Drain chickpeas and reserve cooking liquid. In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except olive oil and parsley (use pulse setting on blender). Add cooking liquid as needed to reach desired consistency. Put in serving dish and, if desired, drizzle olive oil on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
