Guest guest Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 @@@@@ Moroccan Shallot Relish 1/2 cup shallots, finely chopped 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped Italian (flat-leaf) 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh, or more to taste 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground, or more to taste Combine the shallots, parsley, oil, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and toss to mix. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper and toss again. Correct the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, and lemon juice, if desired. The relish is best served within 2 hours of preparing.
