I sometimes decrease the amount of oil. 1 lb each cut brean beans, wax beans and kidney beans (I use canned but fresh is extra yummy) 1/2 C chopped green pepper 1/2 C sliced onion. Grind fresh pepper over Combine: 3/4 C sugar 2/3 C vinegar (I use cider) 1/3 C salad oil Pour over pepper, refrigerate overnight. Toss & serve **************Need a new ride?
