Guest guest
Hi, Yes i will most definately share my local indian yeast/bread creator recipe shortly. My walking ,talking, sleepin and ruling encylopedia;my wife is in Mumbai and I am in Dubai. We talk to each other daily 3 times so it shant be tough to get it from the main frame's CPU.Everything else being normal!!  I have a confusion of ingrediants in my mind. The reason is that in some families of our community the yeast creator was made with milk, water, skinned sliced potato, and skinned dehydrated bengal gram.Others use raisens, milk, water and sugar, and still others cocnut water. So i shall get the whole thing down loaded and share the email .  This breadmaking was normally a summer season " must be done " .The yeasts activates fast due to the heat in the air and the cooked bread is eaten with mango pulp from a locally grown mango called " PIYREE " or " PEREIRA " by the east indians. The bread goes well with sunday mutton/mixed stews or  curries when all in the family are at home.  The sweet strong smell of the yeast engulfs the house and lingers on.  arun pls await the star recipe please.
