Guest guest
Congratulations on the upcoming grandchild. And for finding health in your new lifestyle choice. I found mental clarity and swear it was due to the hormones...I am raising my 22 month old daughter as a veggie, my hubby is an omnivore, and is like yours...only eats meat when he makes it. Welcome, Cassie Sheryl K <pt_rower wrote: Hi, I'm a new member for about two weeks and wanted to introduce myself, also. I have been a vegetarian for about five years now. I became one when I had health issues that only responded when I quit the carnivore diet. My husband still eats meat but only when he cooks it. He usually just eats what I do! My daughter has been a veggie a lot longer than me. She is pregnant with her first child. Any tips for her would be appreciated. I noticed two people from the Seattle/Tacoma area are in this group. I live in Port Townsend, Washington. It is a very veggie friendly town. I have enjoyed the recipes and tips that I have found so far. Looking forward to more. Guest guest
---Hi, in response to any tips for your pregnant daughter, she is already on the right track! I have been a vegetarian all my life and when I was pregnant with my triplets, I had a better pregnancy than most people with single births. I went up to 1 week before my due date and all 3 of lmy boys were born very healthy! I believe it is all due to my vegetarian diet! Best of luck and enjoy that new grandchild. I'm sure enjoying mine.
