Feta Dressing 1 cup buttermilk 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 2 tsps. minced garlic 3 tbsps. cider vinegar 3/4 tsp. black pepper 1 1/2 tsps minced fresh dill Combine all ingredients except oil in blender or food processor and mix well. With machine running, add oil in a slow stream until mixture is smooth and thick. Use immediately or store tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Yields 2 cups.
