Guest guest Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Lentil Cream Pie 2 cups pureed cooked lentils 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup honey 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 cup. milk or soy milk 2 tbsps. flour 2 unbaked pie shells for garnish whipped cream or ice cream -optional for garnish chopped pecans-optional Mix first nine ingredients and pour into 7 or 8 inch pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm. Cool and top with whipped cream and chopped pecans or ice cream. Yields 2 pies. Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
