I had a little Russian senior working for me over the last few

summers, she would make this for me often and serve it with butter.

It is delicious.

Wanted to pass the recipe along to all of you. I made a loaf over

the weekend and had the recipe out in front of me near the computer.

I collect recipes of the unusual. They always catch my tastebuds.

I just had a member write me off list telling how much she enjhoyed

the lentil granola bars.

Please enjoy!

Thanks, DM, I love these kinds of recipes! (And it's neat to hear the

history.) :-)
