My mom and grandparents still belittile it all, or place blame elsewhere. And

when I try to tell them about the depression and such they say it isn't true.

Yeah. Like they know my feelings.

My grandmother had a heart attack at age 48, and many other issues with it

since. She also has a cyst on one of her kidneys, had a histerectomy not long

after my mother was born due to endomitriosis, and many more issues that come up

with age.

My mom had a stroke a while back, and has had numerous detached retinas.

My other grandfater had diabetes, past away several years ago. My other

grandmother has had issues with her heart and takes nitroglisterin(sp). Not to

forget she is a bit " off her rocker " , differently than my mom's side.

 

I want to be as healthy as I can. Being vegan works so well for me, and now

that I live in a town that has vegan restaraunt options ( I love Lamb's Bread

here in Columbia, SC) it is a bit easier on me.

Now if I could only get my boyfriend to stop eating the dead rotting flesh of

other living creatures...
