Guest guest
For rosetalleo, Tokwa or Taukwa is also soybean curd but the firm one. Toho or Tauhu is the soft soybean curd. Tofu usually refers to the silken, really soft soybean curd. Such difference I came to know from my good Chinese friend who has soybean food processing company.
