For rosetalleo, Tokwa or Taukwa is also soybean curd but the firm one. Toho or

Tauhu is the soft soybean curd. Tofu usually refers to the silken, really soft

soybean curd. Such difference I came to know from my good Chinese friend who has

soybean food processing company. Ofel

Thank you Ofelia. Here they just call it firm, extra firm, regular soft, or

silken. Of course,

they also have chinese characters but i am not able to read those, so thanks for

teaching us
