Guest guest Posted April 19, 2008 Report Share Posted April 19, 2008 Primavera-Marinara Sauce 2 onions, small,chopped 1 teaspoon olive oil 4 garlic cloves, crushed 28 ounces tomatoes, crushed 16 ounces tomato sauce 2 cups small broccoil flowerets 2 cups small cauliflower flowerets 2 carrots, cut in diag. slices 1 tablespoon parsley, dried 2 teaspoons leaf basil, dried 2 teaspoons leaf oregano, dried Cook onion in oil in large nonstick skillet until softened, about 6 minutes. Add garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, broccoil, cauliflower, carrots, parsley, basil and oregano. Bring to boiling. Lower heat; partially cover and simmer 30 minutes.
