Someone asked what channel his show appears on. In my area, it appears

on one of the small local channels that is not affiliated with any

network. The show is actually called Organic Living with the Hippy

Gourmet. It's kind of a travel/organic cooking show. He does often

showcase seafood, but is otherwise vegetarian.

 

I think I like the cookbook even better than the show - the recipes I've

made from there are good. I just wish it didn't waste space with

seafood recipes. :-)

I just noticed that they appear on the dish network and on PBS channels

(though not here in San Francisco). He also has a blog and recipes

posted on his website.
