Guest guest Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 Romaine, though if you want the healthiest leafy greens, you want kale, collards, etc. The outer leaves are healthy and the inner leaves (often called the heart) are healthy, but the outer leaves are more perishable.
