Guest guest
Sorry I can't help, Sandy - I've never seen it in any of the whole food shops here, although you may find it online. Guest guest
I do not live in the UK, but here (in southern California) the only places where one can buy dried tofu sheets (that I know) are Asian supermarkets. They have both flat sheets and crinkled ones, and they are inexpensive. Perhaps there are some Asian stores in the UK? by Asian I mean Chinese-Japanese-Korean-Thai-Vietnamese rather than Indian-Pakistani. I have only used those dried tofu sheets for backpacking, since they are not perishable, are light weight, and they do reconstitute with boiling water very easily. I add them to soups when making meals out in the wilderness. I was curious, what do you use them for? , " Sandy MacDonald " <smd301 wrote: > > Does anyone know where I can buy dried tofu in the UK please? > > Sandy > >
