Guest guest Posted April 15, 2008 Report Share Posted April 15, 2008 Orange-Tofu Cream 16 ounces firm tofu 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1 teaspoon grated orange peel In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Calories per tbsp. 35, Fat 2 g, Carbs 2 g, Sodium 96 mg, Fiber 0 g.
