Guest guest
I have a question. I only trust people that are vegetarian to give me the real answer. I have hypothyroidism and diverticulosis. I have been told that a person with hypothyroid disease should avoid soy and soy products and eat seaweed and kelp. I just can't believe this would be true. My diet consists of maybe 90% various types of soy products. I drink soy milk, eat tempeh, tofu, all the mock meats, all the varieties of prepared meals that are just about all soy based. I don't know what I'd do if this were true. I really don't like seaweed and kelp. LOL The second issue i.s: I have been diagnosed with diverticulosis. I was told to avoid seeds, popcorn and some raw vegetables. LOL OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!! I AM A VEGETARIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Someone please tell me these things are not true. What would there be left for me eat????? Jeannie
