Question:Bean Patties with Sun Dried Tomato and Lemon

This sounds very good and something simple enough even I might be able to do it.

One question though, where do I find sundried tomatoes?

Not sure where you live? Trader Joes carry little bags of it, and in California

you can also find

them at most regular supermarkets but they are not so easy to find so ask.

Health food

stores should carry it, COOPs, also Whole foods has them.

 

I have been using the ones I dried myself when I had my super tomato abundance.

I have

been using all the canned ones, frozen sauce we made and now I am down to the

dried ones

(they are good, i just thought to use them last). No fresh tomatoes in the

garden yet but I

have flowers in a few plants.
