Guest guest Posted April 12, 2008 Report Share Posted April 12, 2008 Blood Orange, Red Onion and Olive Salad 4 blood oranges 1 red onion thinly sliced 2 limes, juiced 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 12 olives, pitted Slice oranges, in rounds and remove peels. Squeeze lime juice over onion slices. Arrange orange slices and sliced onions on salad plates. Sprinkle salt and pepper.Top with olives. Serve immediately.
