Guest guest Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 Pasta Sauce, Olivia 1 6 ounce jar artichoke hearts salt and pepper 1/8 cup olive oil 1 pinch cayenne pepper 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 14 ounce can tamatoes, with juice 2 cloves garlic,crushed mushrooms, sliced 1/2 teaspoon oregano black olives, sliced 1/2 teaspoon basil parmesean cheese,grated Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. Add onion, garlic, seasonings and artichoke marinade. Sauté,on medium low heat for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes.
