,

Have you ever read the Debbie Macomber's book series on Knitting? There was the

Debbie Macomber's knitting series books. Ther are novels and so interesting.

One of them had a story about the Prayer Shawl in it. It was really very

special how this book ended.

Look for the Blossom Street series.

http://www.debbiemacomber.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=books & pageID=2 There is one

that isn't included on the list and it is Susanah Garden. I just love the way

her stories are in series. Don't you just hate when a good book ends. With

series, you have more to enjoy..... LOL I love the way she writes.

Click on her Knitter's Club link and a whole bunch of selections will be there

to enjoy. This author is a knitter.

Thought some of you knitters and crochets and really anyone might enjoy these

books.

I also love to crochet. My church, has a " Prayer Shawl " group. We do shawls

for those that are in

need due to illness, grief and also for new born babies, weddings, etc. All

time prayers are in order. Most of us knit but there is one lady that

crochets and I have to say she has a shawl ready to be " Blessed " almost every

Sunday. Much faster than the rest of us.
