This sounds like just what I need: a quick, yummy okra recipe.

I battle with chronic constipation and the few random times I have eaten okra, I

feel better. I figured constipation was pratically impossible while being a

vegetarian! ;)

I am not a fan of frozen okra, but will purchase fresh next time for this.

Thanks,

I love okra and this sounds wonderful. I can make some cornbread

from my Cornbread Gospel cookbook to go with it.
